Cable Material & Length Selection Details

Industrial Grade PUR Cable

The first choice for industrial scenarios, with excellent wear resistance, oil resistance and bending resistance. Specially adapted to the moving parts of equipment with frequent bending, such as mechanical arms, AGV and automated production line moving modules.

PVC Cable

Suitable for conventional fixed wiring scenarios with no frequent bending requirements, with basic signal and power transmission performance and lower procurement and use cost, applicable to fixed sensing nodes and building automation wiring.

Weather-resistant PUR Cable

Customized for outdoor application scenarios, based on ordinary PUR with enhanced UV resistance and high/low temperature resistance, able to adapt to the harsh outdoor environment with large temperature difference and strong sunlight.

Cable Length Selection

Match the actual installation distance, avoid signal attenuation/chaotic wiring from overlong cables and plugging stress from overshort cables. Reserve 0.2-0.5m margin for fixed wiring; reserve 1-2 times bending margin for moving parts such as mechanical arms.

Technical Note: The cable material directly determines the adaptability of M8 connector in different environments, and the overlong cable will cause signal attenuation of high-speed transmission lines; it is recommended to unify the cable material and length specification in the same project for standardized wiring and later maintenance.
