Complete dustproof (prevent all dust from invading) under normal temperature and pressure; no adverse effect when immersed in 1-meter deep water for a short time (within 30 minutes). Suitable for conventional industrial environments such as production workshops, automated production lines and non-flooded areas.
Realize full dustproof effect, and can be immersed in water for a long time under specified pressure (such as 2-meter deep water for 24 consecutive hours). Suitable for humid/flooded scenarios such as food processing workshops, cleaning equipment and outdoor rainproof sensing nodes.
Key Note: All IP protection grades of M8 connectors are only valid when the connector is fully mated and the lock nut is tightened; the connector has no protection effect in the unmated state, and it is recommended to install a dust cap for protection at this time.
