Key Installation Attention Points

Interface Cleaning Before Mating
: Clean up dust and oil stains on the connector interface before plugging, avoid poor pin contact and signal transmission failure caused by foreign matter adhesion.

Align Coding & Avoid Violent Operation
: Ensure the coding position is aligned accurately before screwing tightly, prohibit violent plugging and twisting, prevent pin bending deformation and structural damage of the connector.

Outdoor Installation Waterproof Treatment
: Make a drip bend for the cable during outdoor installation, prevent water from seeping into the equipment interior along the cable and cause short circuit fault.
Technical Note: Standard manual tightening is sufficient for installation, do not use tools to over tighten to avoid thread slipping; regularly check the tightness of the connector in high vibration working conditions to maintain stable connection and protection performance.
