Octopuscon 7/8" Core Count Adaptation Principle

  • Unified Structure & Strict Pairing : Consistent structure and wiring methods across core counts, with mandatory same-core-count pairing to ensure electrical safety and connection reliability.

Structure, Wiring & Pairing Rules

Structure & Wiring Methods

Unified Structure :
• Basic structure and wiring methods are consistent
• Only difference is internal pin quantity
Wiring Options :
• Screw-locked wiring (easy to install and maintain)
• Crimp terminal wiring (stable and anti-loose)

Core Count Pairing Rules

Mandatory Pairing Requirement :
• Connectors with different core counts cannot be mixed for mating
• Must be paired with same core count strictly
Key Note :
• Mixed pairing causes electrical short circuit or signal failure
• Ensure 100% core count matching before connection

Technical Note: Follow same-core-count pairing rules strictly during installation and replacement. Both screw-locked and crimp terminal wiring should be tightened firmly to avoid poor contact caused by loose wiring.
