Two-step Rapid Detection Method

Visual Inspection
: Check if the cable sheath has cracks or damage, inspect the metal pins for deformation, bending, oxidation and rusting on the surface.

Continuity Test
: Measure the conductivity of the corresponding pins with a multimeter, there should be no short circuit between the shielding layer and signal pins, and no leakage between the signal pins.
Technical Note: The two-step detection method can quickly identify most common faults of the connector, the qualified product needs to pass both appearance integrity and electrical performance test at the same time.
