Recommended wire specification: 0.1-0.5mm² , matching the miniaturized pin structure of M5 connectors; ensure contact area between pins and wires ≥ 80% during crimping to avoid virtual connection and ensure stable signal/power transmission.
For waterproof M5 connectors, ensure silicone/fluororubber sealing rings are properly seated in the groove during installation, without distortion or displacement; tighten the thread to the specified torque to compress the sealing ring, effectively preventing water and dust intrusion and maintaining IP67/IP68 protection level.
Technical Note: Use special crimping pliers for wiring to avoid pin damage or insufficient crimping force; for PCB soldering, control the temperature at 260±5℃ and duration ≤3s to prevent insulation deformation; after installation, conduct continuity test and waterproof inspection to ensure compliance with specifications before formal use.
